How to Get Early Access to EA FC 25
1. Pre-Order the Ultimate Edition
Players who pre-order the EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Edition will unlock early access starting September 20. Console users can dive in at midnight local time, while PC players can access the game at 5 AM BST. In addition to early access, Ultimate Edition players receive exciting bonuses, including:
- Football Ultimate Team Player Loan Item
- Ambassador Loan Item
- Clubs PlayStyles Slot
- 250,000 Clubs Coins
- Player Career Personality Points
- 3 ICONs in Player Career Mode
- 5-star Coach and Youth Scout in Manager Career
- Up to 7 Days Early Access
- 4600 FC Points (3850 on Nintendo Switch)
- Player Evolution Slot
- Early Access Rush Rewards
2. EA Play Subscription
If you have an EA Play Subscription, you can also access a 10-hour trial of EA FC 25 on September 20. After the trial, you’ll need to purchase the Ultimate Edition for instant access or the Standard Edition for release day access.
Using the New Zealand Trick for Early Access
Players on Xbox and Nintendo can take advantage of the New Zealand time zone to play the game earlier. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to your console’s Settings.
- Navigate to System and select Language & Location.
- Change your location to New Zealand and set the language to English (Australia).
- Restart your console.
By doing this, your console will run on New Zealand time, allowing you to play at midnight there. Ensure the game is pre-loaded for immediate access. Once you’ve enjoyed the early gameplay, you can switch back to your original region settings.
Unfortunately, PlayStation and PC players will need to wait for the official release in their regions.
Release Date
EA Sports FC 25 officially launches on September 27, but early access begins on September 20 for Ultimate Edition pre-orders and EA Play subscribers.
